How do I get started?
Getting started is simple. Once you contact us, you can expect a response within 24–28 business hours. We will send intake paperwork through our secure patient portal for you to complete online. After paperwork is submitted, we work to schedule your initial appointment - typically within one week. Our goal is to make the process smooth, timely, and supportive from the very first step.
How do fees work?
Beyond Your Mirror is an out-of-network provider. This allows us to offer more specialized, patient-focused care. We provide detailed "superbills" that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. We are happy to clarify rates and the process during our initial brief call.
